Microsoft JET Database 4.0 Missing

Assalamualaikum & hello all.

I got this one error for a software I installed at our file/application server (Win Server 2008 Standard) that will be accessed by a number of PCs from a lab. I searched the solution and got this: hxxp://support.microsoft.com/kb/305995 (change xx to tt) which is to go to the registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Jet\4.0\Engines\Jet 4.0) and decrease theMaxLocksPerFile value so we can increase the limit of PC accessing the file/application server. hxxp://support.microsoft.com/kb/305995

The problem is; I couldn't find the "JET" folder in the registry of that particular server. How do I install the said database engine?

Please help & advice, ASAP!!! TQ TQ TQ.......
