Home folder loses sharing

Hi

I have a couple of Windows 7 users who's home folders on a Server 2008 R2 file server keep losing its sharing. I have to share the folder again and add share permissions so they can access their data.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this?

There are other users in the same OU which this is not happening to its just a couple of random users.
