Full share+ntfs permissions but access denied!!

Hi All

I have a shared folder that I need domain users to have access to

I have blocked inheritance and given full read and NTFS permissions for the domain users group.

I have checked the effective permissions on the server and the domain users is shown to have full access.

When a domain user tries to save a document they get access denied!

I have run gpupdate and logged on/off waited & repeated

Cant find anything online.

Any ideas?
