Regini Change permission on Windows Registry

Hello,

I'm trying change the permission of the registry using te command REGINI.exe

I created on test registry with name "SPMS" : \Registry\Machine\SPMS

I'm receiving the error : REGINI: Failed to load from file '\Registry\Machine\SPMS' (3)

I already look for this error but all the link went to the same place without result.

If someone answer, please dont paste link from other places

Command used:

regini \Registry\Machine\SPMS [1 5 10]

regini HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SPMS [1 5 10]
