We are running DFS on Storage Server 2003 and we want to replicate data onto a new server (Storage Server 2012)

I have been at this for about 2 weeks trying to fix it searching the internet and trying everything. I am of course willing to start from scratch and try everything again with guidence from this forum.

 Affected replicated folders:IT Admin Stuff
Description:This member is waiting for initial replication for replicated folder IT Admin Stuff and is not currently participating in replication. This delay can occur because the member is waiting for the DFS Replication service to retrieve replication settings from Active Directory Domain Services. After the member detects that it is part of replication group, the member will begin initial replication.
 Last occurred:17 September 2013 at 10:05:45 (GMT0:00)
Suggested action:Replication will begin after initial replication is complete. If this state does not change,

Can anybody help with getting replication working for me please. Like I said I am happy to try anything again.
