Archiving old data

I'd like to remove and archive data that has not been accessed in the last 5 years from some Windows 2008 R2 servers. Is there a script that would:

1.  Identify the data  that has not been accessed in the past five years (or older than say 1/1/2008).

2.  Remove this data and copy it to another machine which would archive it to tape
