check consistency of deduplicated drive

Hi,

I decreased the size of a deduplicated drive (Server 2012) of a virtual machine via VMware converter. Now I want to be sure that all is fine.

Is there a tool to check if the deduplicated files are ok? I did a checkdisk and a get-dedupstatus both are fine. I'm also able to copy a large file to another drive.

But I'm no sure if all files find their deduplicated chunks. Is chkdsk the right way to check the consistency of deduplicated volumes?
