Hello,
Currently I am trying to find out why the citrix logons are randomly slow on random users.
While capturing the logon proces with procmon the duration of CreateFile takes: 9.6457329 seconds. ( during a slow logon)
with a normal logon this amount is less than 0.0000xx.
the share is sitting on a windows 2012 cluster resource. When changing the path to another (non cluster) server the issue does not occur.
What could we do to troubleshoot further?
