Bitlocker corrupted files on Storage Pool/Spaces Volume

Hi,

So I had a nice mirrored storage pool running yesterday with several Hyper-V machines located on it.

At the end of the day I enabled Bitlocker on the volume.  Overnight the data was encrypted.  This morning I rebooted and while the volume comes up, many VMs don't.

When I look at the reason, the XML configuration files are showing 98% garbage and 2% text data (I have a backup before encryption and that is fully text).

So, I can only assume Bitlocker has corrupted the volume.

Any way to diagnose this?
