access denied -intermittent

I have 2 Server 2012R2 configured with namespace for a share.There is a GPO that maps certain folders to certain drives on user PCs.

Users can get in just fine but after a few hours they get Red X on their drive letter and access denied. If they reboot they can get in just fine again.

Was curious what might be causing something like that. Access configured the same on both servers.
