Access Based Enumeration Enabled but not hiding folders

I'd like to use Access Based Enumeration to hide folders that users do not have access to, however from testing I am unable to get it working on my Windows Server 2012 R2 server. I have created a SMB share and checked the 'Enable Access Based Enumeration' option in the properties.

Here are some details of the share and folder permissions:

The user I am testing this with is a member of the 'domain users' and 'test-hello' groups and nothing else. Therefore can only access one of the folders but the other does still appear in the explorer. If I attempt to open the folder, it gives an access denied error.

Any ideas why the folder isn't hidden by ABE?
