2012 storage pool

Hello. I have an HP DL380 G6 server running Windows 2012 Server. The server has the following disks available (no raid/array configured):

2x136GB SAS 15k

8x72GB SAS 15k

4x500GB SAS 7.2k

Using the raid controller utility i created an array for each drive so they become available to th OS. After that i created a storage pool (2.6TB) and a two-way mirror virtual drive (thin) with 2.6TB capacity. Finally i created the disk that is available to the OS, also 2.6TB.

I started copying files. When the drive had 1.9TB free, the copy operation stopped with a message that the drive does not exist. Server manager shows the drive as offline and event viewer reports "Disk 15 has reached a logical block provisioning permanent resource exhaustion condition."

What does this mean and how can i solve it?

Regards.
