Dear friends,

I hope you are doing well.

My system has 2 PC suffering from a problem above when connecting to the server. We shared 1 specific folder to all other PCs. For a moment, all PCs in our system could not connect to the shared folder & could not access to our server via GUI. (in the meantime, the "ping" command to server is still fine".

After checking firewall & credentials storage, i rebooted those 2 PCs and suddenly it works fine. However, i want to understand the root cause of this issue. Can you please let me know :

1. What kinds of system logs relating to this problem that i should collect?

2. How to achieve all relevant logs basing on time-stamp?

If i raised a wrong question or a question in wrong thread, please help me to move on it's correct thread since i am a dummy in Windows Server 2012 & system administration generally.

Thank you!
