I have the following problem with a W2k3 File Server..
I have an MFP with approx. 12 scan to folder destinations (SMB) where I can only get half of them to work. The customer set up around 6 a year or so ago and another 6 just last week. The first 6 will scan ok if the MFP is set to use NTLM v1 and the new 6 will only work if MFP is set to use NTLM v2. The MFP does have an NTLM v1/v2 setting however no scan destinations work if I use this setting.
The scan folders are all within the same folder eg
\\server1\scans\folder1 (only working with NTLM v1)
\\server1\scans\folder2 (only working with NTLM v2)
etc
etc
NTFS permissions seem fine to me and Un/Pw is confirmed as good.
Anyone have any advice?
