Hi!
I'm running windows 2012R2. I have connected several FC LUNs from IBM DS3400 storage.
For some reason, I cannot pool most of the disks.
It turns out that some of my LUN are shown in "Failed Media" Operational Status. What could cause this?
The main problem is, I cannot make new storage pools out of "Unhealthy" disks. If I create a new volume out of those disks, it works fine. Also, PD6, which has already data on it, works fine. PD3 was ok, before I added some test LUNs, and now it has gone "failed media" state also.
The storage itself show green all across the board, all the disks are in "optimal" state.
