Good Morning,
I have a server setup at home running Windows Server 2012 R2. I am currently setting up Roaming profiles for all users within my domain.
I have created a share on my F: named "User_Profiles" and also pointed each user to this share via Active Directory.
For my Share permissions I have setup the following
- Everyone | Full Control
- Administrators | Full Control
Now when I log in on to a machine and make a few changes (Create a few folders, Change desktop background etc) and then log out it does save them back to the server. I know this because when I log on to a completely different computer I still get the changes that I have made.
However when I am logged on to the server as Administrator I am unable to view that users particular profile. I receive the following error message "You don't currently have permissions to access this folder"
I'm not sure why as I have set up share permissions so that I should be able to access that.
I also tried following this guide below but still get the same issue. It is working but am unable to view the profiles when logged on as an admin which is what I want.

I hope you understand and can help me with this issue.
Thanks.
