Folder Sharing and Security workgroup

Hi,

I do have a shared folder in my system with Windows 2003 server installed.

All the systems are distributed across two workgroup in the same network.

The problem is I am only able to delete files or move files of this shared folder using one system in the network and of with my system.

What I have to do to give full control access to this shared folder to another system in the network.
