issues with rights on a specific file

Hi,

Given this details: a folder called \\netshare\Temp where a user doesn't have any rights, I put a file called test.txt and give full rights on this file, I instructed the user to access it by directly by copy and paste the UNC: \\netshare\Temp\test.txt, the file is opening, but the user cant save it.

Client OS is Windows 7.

I want to avoid giving rights on the folder itself.

Is there any workaround?
