Folder Right Access

Hi, I have a grant access question.

1. I have 2 software folders which needed to use login as power user but the software not able to run due to power user mode. I already tried to grant full right to the folder but still not workable.

• First folder located at C:\Program Files\CSC-RTSMReportingClient
• Second folder located at C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET

The problem occurs is due to the netframe given error message due to the right control.

Please kindly provide me some advice.
