I recently setup a file server running Server 2012 R2 with deduplication turned on. When I run the "Files by Owner" report in File Server Resource Manager, I'm getting post-dedup results. For example, if I right click on a user's folder and chose properties, it tells me "Size: 11.5 GB" and "Size on Disk: 152MB". The "Files by Owner" report shows the 152 MB number. I need it to show the 11.5 GB number. Does anyone know how to do this? I can't find any options in the report for this.
One thing I did notice is that the vast majority of the files are "owned" by "NT Authority\System". I'm guessing this is why.
